Christopher or often referred to as Sam has a wealth of real estate, mortgage, and business experience accumulated over the past 26 years. Including a successful 12-year career in the financial services industry where he earned various “Best in Class” sales awards at publicly traded companies in the non-conforming lending space such as Accredited Home Lenders, The Associates Financial Services, and Citi. Over the most recent 14 years focusing exclusively on the residential real estate market as an accomplished brokerage entrepreneur, and real estate investor.

With a track record of producing consistently high-level results Christopher was nationally recognized as one of America’s top real estate professionals three separate years by REAL Trends and published in The Wall Street Journal. He is a two-time recipient of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals” award as well as the “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” award. Both prestigious national awards are sponsored annually by the two respected publications placing him in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1,100,000 REALTORS® nationwide. Also recently recognized locally by the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Christopher is a five-time recipient of the “Real Estate Circle of Excellence” award highlighting outstanding individuals in the San Diego County real estate industry and published in The San Diego Union-Tribune.

Christopher is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and currently a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and the San Diego Association of REALTORS®.

Originally from the state of Washington, Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University. With the recent addition of a beautiful daughter and son, he and his wife reside in the Lake Hodges area of San Diego, CA.
